Yes, we use a special software that automatically detects your individual system as well as connection speed and then delivers the best appropriate player for any system. Additionally, our videos can be viewed on mobile devices, you can take it with you on the commute to work, at the airport, in the grocery store...wherever!

Are guidebooks designed for all levels of social media expertise?
Yes, the Style Sync guidebooks and resources offer social media insight for all levels of expertise. Whether you are a novice at social media - or, are an advanced user on a multitude of platforms, the guidebooks provide insight and tips, and strategies that are useful for all types of users. We have also developed 'advanced' social media guidebooks that include insight and tips for the powerful social media user. You can view these specific tutorials in the guidebook library.

Can I download guidebooks or purchase them?
No, we do not offer any DVD version or downloadable version of the guidebook tutorials. We encourage you to subscribe to Style Sync to view the guidebooks as often as you'd like.

What is the cost of Style Sync subscription?
The first thirty days of your Style Sync subscription is $200, which allows you to have unlimited 24/7 access to all content, in all categories.

Your subscription will then automatically renew every thirty days thereafter at $25 per month. This allows you to have continued access to all Style Sync social media education and strategy content, plus all new monthly social media guidebook releases and resource updates.

How often are new guidebooks releases?
One or more new social media guidebook will be added to the library every month. New releases will include the addition of social media platforms and/or any new functionality that has been released to help enhance your social media knowledge and practical application for your business.

What if I don't find the guidebook I'm looking for?
We're always taking suggestions for new guidebook as well. If there's a particular platform or tool you'd like to learn how to use, please email us at info@evokebrands.com to share your feedback.

What can I expect within the additional resources section of Style Sync?
In addition to providing online video guidebooks on the technical aspects of each social media platform, Style Sync also provides resources that will easily allow you - or a team member within your salon to manage your social media outreach. From staff training manuals and policies, to ideas on how to promote your social media within your salon and actual content you post directly to your social platforms, the additional resources represent everything you will need to effectively manage and grow your social media presence.

How often is the social media resources library updated?
The social media resource library is updated monthly to ensure content is fresh and timely. For example, the monthly content calendar ideas will be updated mid-month so you can easily use the provided information on your salon Facebook pages.

Will my recurring monthly subscription fee ever increase?
No, your monthly subscription fee will never increase as long as your account remains active. Should the Style Sync fees change in the future, we will notify all users in advance via email and website notifications.

Can I cancel my recurring monthly subscription anytime?
Yes, you will have full online access to your account where you can cancel your monthly subscription at anytime, for any reason and with no questions asked. Style Sync does not offer any pro-rated monthly fees. Should you cancel your subscription mid-month, you will still be responsible for the entire month's payment.

Can I login to Style Sync from various computers?
Yes, you can use Style Sync from any computer or mobile device that has internet access. Simply make sure you have logged out from one device before you login to another. Remember, it's against our terms and agreements to share your password or allow users to access your personal Style Sync subscription.
